Due to the nature of our handmade products and research assistance, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order has been processed. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting images, and we will arrange for a replacement or store credit. For research-related services, any fees paid are non-refundable, as they contribute directly to the time and effort involved in assisting you.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Kabikaj Foundation, we strive to provide the best service to our donors and supporters. However, please note the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

3.1 Donations

  • Once a donation is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.
  • If you believe that a donation was made in error, please contact us within 3 days to discuss the matter. We may review the request on a case-by-case basis.

3.2 Event Tickets

  • If you have purchased tickets for events organized by Kabikaj Foundation, cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

3.3 Processing Errors

In the event of a processing error that results in an incorrect transaction, Kabikaj Foundation will work with the payment processor to resolve the issue and, if necessary, issue a refund.
